Anyone who would have used it in their artwork.. thinking it was the poster's stock photo could also be fined. So thank goodness Eve gave everyone a heads up. That is why I thought that DA has a rule that you can only post your photos or photos that you have rights to. If it is just a photo found on the internet it should not never be shared in resources. Share it in scraps or something. I am always suspect of tiny photos share in the stock section.

Please take this photo down. This is not facebook or tumblr where you post pictures you just came across and want to share. You should post only your own work here. The true author of the photo has it on flickr and all rights are reserved.

No probs - it's just that if the photo is copyrighted you can be sued up to 250,000 dollars :(
